July 25
I have been putting this off since July 25th. I feel like I am in a bad dream and just can't seem to wake up. Josh's dear mom passed away on July 25th after a 2 1/2 year battle with stage 4 melanoma cancer.
When she was diagnosed in December of 2007, her prognosis wasn't good. They gave her 2-9 months. She was such a fighter and never gave up. Her faith was so strong. She truly lived a Christlike life. We love you Jana!

I'm so sorry for your family's loss. That can't be an easy thing to go through & while I haven't experienced a death of a parent, I do know what it's like to lose a parent. Our prayers are with you.
Lots of love going your way. My mother-in-law was diagnosed with melanoma when my husband was little so we understand that unpleasant fight.

I'm sorry Hilary, Josh, and Avery. That's a hard thing. I was actually thinking about her the other day when we saw you guys at Lindsay's wedding. It will be an awesome reunion when you see her after your mission is done here. =)
