Halloween

This year for Halloween, we headed down to Arizona.  We hadn't been there in almost two years (can it be that long?).  Adam and Megan are such wonderful hosts!  Avery is finally getting a little better at playing with her cousins. Hayden was SO sweet to her. Everything was wonderful with Avery and Lila when they didn't want the same toy! In a year or two, they will be the best little cousins!

On Friday, we went and saw Adam's school. It is so nice and new! Then we went to dinner at a delicious organic restaurant close by their house. Saturday we woke up and went shopping. I purchased some new maternity clothes. Although, I am not wearing them quite yet, it is always fun to get new things!

That night we attended their wards trunk or treat. Sunday was church, then we came home. It was a quick trip but lots of fun!

 Avery as Winnie the Pooh

Hayden as Mr. Incredible

 Lila as Minnie Mouse

The week before we went to Arizona, we carved pumpkins. I have NEVER like this, but Josh loves it. I guess I can oblige him once every five years!

Mine was the simple bat and Josh's the HP.

Wow - that is some intense carving! Ours didn't turn out so cute this year. I tried a Mickey Mouse and carved through his mouth and nose - so it looked like Mickey had a cleft pallet........you obviously have a talented carver at your house!
