A Shopping Experience

I hesitate sharing this next because I have found such a treasure. But here is goes anyways... Josh had told me about this store that he went to in West Virginia called Steve and Barry's where EVERYTHING was $7.99. I was so jealous because I LOVE, LOVE finding a great deal on clothes and accessories. Then a couple nights ago, I was surfing the internet and came across the same store as Josh shopped out in WV. There is now one in Salt Lake! I was so excited I almost made Josh get in the car right then to go. But I refrained myself and waited until yesterday to make the glorious trip.

We finally got to the store and I ran inside. It was like a mecca! The price had gone up a bit from Josh's shopping days long ago, now EVERYTHING was $8.98. It is simply incredible all the merchandise you can get. Shoes:flats, sandals, high heels, tennis shoes, driving shoes; shirts; skirts; jeans; dresses; swimwear; tacky t-shirts with annoying saying on them; jackets; winter wear; workout clothes; basically the list goes on and on!! Sarah Jessica Parker has a whole line there called "Bitten" "designed to fit all body types." Amanda Bynes and Venus Williams also have women lines there too. For the men there is Stephon Marbury's line Starbury.

We got all our loot, which includes for Hilary ballet flats, jeans and tennis shoes; for Josh jeans, two long sleeve shirts and driving shoes! It only cost us $67.16, that right, all for less than $70!!

That's so awesome! We have Steve & Barry's out here too, but it's a special store with only IU merchandise... It means we can get any IU shirt for 5 bucks, but it also means we can't get neat stuff like ballet flats & jeans. Good find!

How fun to find your blog! And what great news that there's a Steve and Barrys in SLC. Where in WV is it? I definitly need to go check it out! Ok, so my friend directed me to sjhblogdesign.blogspot.com. when you first look at it the instructions seem ridiculously long and confusing, but if you just take it one step at a time it's actually pretty easy. I think it took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to do it. Good luck and call if you have any questions! Jen
