For a blog roll go to the customize tab on your blog. Then click "Add Gadget" and select a blog roll. It takes a while because you have to enter in each one again, but it's so nice because then you know who updated when instead of checking everyday. However, it doesn't work on blog's that are private or invite only blogs.
Oh, yes. And Happy Birthday Josh! We've been meaning to call you and eventually we will. But Happy 25th!
