Last Sunday night, I committed to Josh that I would go ONE month w/o junk food. (And Josh as well). WHAT WAS I THINKING????? Actually it was my idea. But, now I wondering why. Last Sunday, while Josh was church, I was doing a little soul-searching. I came to the sad realization that I am addicted to SUGAR. I love it and will take it in any variety. This week has been really rough. I thought by now, it would be easy. But it still isn't. Wish me luck. 7 Days down, only 24 left.
Don't worry, I have my sugar feast all planned out once I'm done. I am going to have this and this and this!

How do you feel about aspartame, and specifically sugar-free jello. 10 calories. A tasty little treat, if I do say so myself. Ad some reddi-whip (or now they have cool whi[ in a can, too), and you're only up to 30 calories. I learned this trick from The Biggest Loser, I admit it. :) Or how about the sugar free pudding cups? 60 calories? Are THOSE considered forbidden. Just an idea... :) Hope all is well... :)
As much as I am against cutting out any food entirely, sometimes it’s good to just get it out of your system for a bit :-) Our bodies are funny that way. I have tried going a day without my mini chocolate eggs since I bought them last Saturday, but its not working! And im not so excited to start feeling my thighs rubbing together :-)
oh man!! I wish you luck. Can I just say, when I read this I was like...wow, that's a great idea, maybe I'll tell Blake we should try that...then I saw your second "this"...can't do it!!
Hey, sorry we tempted you with the cake on Sat. We're gonna be eating cake every night for a week now! Did Nielsen's frozen custard get bumped off your celebrating list?
btw, are you going to the dinner group on Thurs? We can carpool if you are...
