I think she's in LOVE!
Jen left Friday, my little brother, Jordan and his friend Jake, came later that night. They came for a concert, so we didn't see them as much as we would like. They were very helpful in moving furniture around! Thanks guys.
Josh also finished finals that same weekend. That same day, we started a "home-improvement project." We guessed that it would take about 4 days total. We pulled up all the carpet, tile and linoleum on our main level. We thought it would take about 1 day to pull up all the old flooring and do the prep work. Boy, were we wrong. We started Friday night by pulling up the carpet. Then on Saturday, we started to pull up the tile. The area was only about 9 square feet, but it took forever. Saturday night came, we were still working on the prep work. My aunt Kathryn and her family were in town, so we called it a night and went to dinner with them. It was so nice to catch up with them!
The next week was spent doing this:
We finally finished on Friday! That was one long week.
We are very happy with the results! It just took forever!! (Please note the family room full of construction tools still, and not my couch. I am still waiting for it. I purchased it in March and it was suppose to be here the first of April, then the middle, then the end and NOW the middle of May...I am so annoyed!)
Saturday April 25th, Avery had a NICU reunion. It was fun to see doctors and little friends. We are so grateful for Summerlin Hospital!
After we finished our project, we went home for a couple of days. It was so nice to spend time with our families. A couple days later, we went to our friend's condo for the remaining portion of Josh's break. We had so much fun! Thanks Millers!!!
While we were there Avery had her first swim. She didn't know quite what to think!

Is it possible that Avery has changed a whole lot in a few short weeks? She looks adorable in her suit (so do you Hil...where did you get them?) Thanks for posting so many fun pictures!

Goodness, it seems you have had a very busy few weeks. Your floors look amazing! Sorry about your couch though. :( Avery is getting so big (compared to pictures of her in the beginning) and she is so adorable! :) I hope everything keeps going well for her and your cute family!
