And a party in the back.
I'm a 1980's ladies' man
With a rat tail down my back."
That's right, my daughter has a mullet.
She is 17 months old and has NEVER had an haircut. I am too scared to do it. I am afraid that her curls will be gone forever. Funny that I say that because, I, myself, hate my wave/curly/frizz hair.
Just added another pic of the crazy hair.
The other problem is, her hair is much, much more curly in the back (just like mine). If you could see her hair straight, you would be shocked by how long it is!
What should I do??

I love her curls, too. She doesn't look all ragamuffin so I'd say keep the mullet...it's freaking adorable:) I want to see her again!
Your Grandpa said to tell you that he has never lost his curly hair by cutting it.
I think you should trim the back and keep the top in bows and things like that. I love her curly hair!
i think it's cute. i have no idea what i would do with girl hair. i love just taking the clippers over the boys hair ever couple months
She doesn't have a mullet! It's just cute curly hair! Trim it up and she's good to go.
I have to say.. curly hair is tricky. Addie (my stepdaughter) had some super tight ringlet curls in her hair, and she grew it out really long and then cut it all off to donate it. Her hair is still wavy, and holds curl well, but her ringlets are gone. (Nice because it doesn't frizz as easily, but the adorable, always there curls are not.)
If I were you, I would just trim it and then just let it grow and enjoy the curls. My niece has hair like Avery's and they trim it often, and she still has the most adorable curls.
As long as she can stand you doing her hair, I think you are good to just enjoy them! She is so super cute! :)
Oh my goodness hilary she is too stinking cute! I love her hair...even if it may be a little mulletish ;)

My mom said once you cut a baby's hair, they are no longer a baby. I say keep it, at least until kindergarten!
