Six Months

Avery has always been very petite. While she was born with some issues that caused for her early birth, she never really caught up to other kids her age. Almost daily, someone asks me how old she is. They always comment on her verbal ability and her size disability. The older she gets, the less it bothers me. By the time Avery was 6 months old, she weighed 11 pounds.  Fast forward to today, she is about 24 pounds.

Ever since Parker was born, he spits up after each feed. Sometimes it is a lot, sometimes it a little. But it never causes him to cry in pain, so I haven't been terribly concerned. Yesterday I took him to get weighed. There's no need to worry now. Little Parker James hit that weight 11 pounds this week! He's only 6 weeks old. Granted he started quite a bit bigger. He is growing like a weed. He LOVES to eat. He's a pretty great baby as long as he's feed and dry! We are all in love with him.
